Best Ever Granola Pancakes
Servings: 12 Pancakes
1 1/2 Cups Flour
1 1/2 Tablespoons Sugar
2 1/2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1 Cup Milk
1 Tablespoon Butter Melted
1 Cup of your faovorite Granola
Combine the flour, sugar, baking poweder and cinnamon in a large bowl, and mix well. Add the eggs and about a third of the milk, whisk until smooth. Add the remaining milk, and whisk again unitl smooth.
Add the melted butter and the granola until combined.
Heat a pan over medium heat, and grease lightly with butter. Add a ladle full of pancake batter and cook until brown on both sides or cooked to your liking. Repeat until all pancakes are cooked.
Enjoy with Maple Syrup and more Granola, you can also add fresh fruit.
