Take breakfast to the next level with these amazing granola pancakes.
1 1/2 C. Flour
1 1/2 Tbsp. Sugar
2 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
1 C. Milk
1 T. Butter Melted
1 C. Granola
1. Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and cinnamon in a large bowl, and mix well. Add the eggs and about a third of the milk, whisk until smooth. Add the remaining milk, and whisk again until smooth. Next add the melted butter and the granola, and mix to combine.
2. Heat a pan over medium heat, and grease lightly with butter. Add a ladle full of pancake batter and cook until brown on both sides or cooked to your liking. Repeat till all pancakes are cooked.
